Construction general contractor Western Design

Bob learned construction at an early age, building homes on the coast of Barnegat Bay in New Jersey. After spending 4 years of service in the military, Bob returned to the construction world. In 1991 Bob founded Western Design Construction and quickly established himself as one of the finest custom home builders in Southeast Idaho. With more than 41 years of construction and artistic design experience, Bob uses his expertise to oversee each and every project. This ensures customer satisfaction for projects ranging from remodels to custom homes and commercial construction. A typical year for Bob is building 10 to 20 homes and completing several commercial projects.

Bob has been active in the Builders Contractors Association of Southeast Idaho and during his 16 years of membership, served as President, Vice President, and Parade of Homes Chairman. Bob is a past Master Builder and served his community on the Bannock County Land Use Commission as well as the Sewer Task Force Committee. Bob is also a Veteran from serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. Bob is a General Contractor for the State of Idaho.

Jason Woodland

Jason has been building and remodeling structures since he was 12 years old. From single family homes and commercial projects to one of a kind kiosks and concession stands.

With a knack for inventing and an eye for artistic design, Jason has carved out a niche for himself with 3 dimensional signage and themed construction. Everything from hospitals, restaurants, theaters, parade of homes, dental offices, residential and commercial themed suits fall within his repertoire. Jason has traveled to nearly every corner of the country to install his handy work. His construction projects have made their way to parts of Canada and Kuwait.

With 37 years in the industry, Jason has learned almost every aspect of construction, including, if you need it and it doesn’t exist, invent it yourself. This inventive and entrepreneur characteristic has driven Jason to love his job. Over the years Jason has had many incredible opportunities to be involved with some exciting projects. One of his favorites includes being a guest designer and contributor to ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Pocatello, ID and Salem, OR.
