At SnapTight Products, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, all sales are considered final, and returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products upon delivery
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling
- Any item purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional sale
- Custom or personalized orders
3. Return Process
- Customers must contact our support team at snaptightproducts@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Approved returns will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- If eligible, refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method at our discretion.
- Replacements will be provided based on product availability

If you find yourself needing to cancel your order after it’s placed, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team promptly. However, kindly note that we may be unable to accommodate the cancellation if your order has already undergone processing within our system.
